Ingredients

  • Ketchup – ½ cup

  • Worcestershire sauce – 2 tablespoons

  • Prepared horseradish – 1 tablespoon

  • Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon

  • Red wine vinegar – 1 tablespoon

  • Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon

  • Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon

  • Smoked paprika – ½ teaspoon

  • Black pepper – ¼ teaspoon

  • Salt – to taste

  • Hot sauce (optional) – a few dashes for heat

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, mustard, vinegar, and brown sugar.

  • Add seasonings – Stir in soy sauce, paprika, pepper, and salt. Add hot sauce if desired.

  • Whisk until smooth – Mix until fully blended and no lumps remain.
